Rhonda Funderburk Benfield is the owner and Senior Attorney of Palmetto Law Associates, LLC. Mrs. Benfield was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Business Management and Real Estate with a minor in Criminal Justice. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mrs. Benfield opened her first law office in 2006. She prides herself on her unique hands-on approach to customer service in the real estate field. She, her husband Brandon and their two sons reside in Rock Hill and are avid Gamecock fans, traveling to as many games as possible.
Walter G. Dusky, a native of New Jersey, has lived in Fort Mill, SC for over 25 years. He acquired a degree in Political Science from Winthrop University where he graduated Cum Laude. He earned his law degree from Ohio Northern University and is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina and is also admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court. Walter was elected to the South Carolina Bar’s House of Delegates in 2017 to serve and represent the Bar’s Sixteenth Judicial Circuit. Walter practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and probate, guardianship, conservatorship, real estate and business law.
